Immediately after reaching to cosmic tier on the construct ladder, I have started to play limited ladder.  I have quickly learned that I am not a good limited player.  After the first week struggle going back and forth on the bronze tier level 4 and 5, some miracle just happened last 3 limited play this week.

Fiveshard is a community run site, but now integrated as part of official tournament within the game client.  The participation for this tournament is free and prizes are big.  So this is indeed the best representation of HEX construct meta.  Since the release of Set 4, I’ve been playing Construct and reviewing these tournament results naturally became my source of which deck to use/try.  It’s basically where you find the best deck(s) in HEX right now.

I’ve been enjoying brand new game mode in HEX, the Ladder system.  This new mode has a tremendous potential for the health of HEX PvP, which in the end core of dTCG/dCCG.  For those who are familiar with dTCG/dCCG, it is known fact construct format requires significant investment.  Although unlike many other digital card game (dCG), HEX allows potential for getting investment back (thanks to auction house presence), it is still not easy for many to put $100-$200 investment in even knowing the potential of getting some and perhaps most money back.  So is Ladder system remain to carry this notorious fact i.e. essential pay to win (P2W) nature of dCG?
